Phase I is complete. To prevent the Automatons from weaponizing the Star of Peace, the Helldivers must storm Cyberstan and establish a Drophead, to allow the deployment of SEAF forces.

Due to prior successful liberations, Phase II commences with +1 Stim
Capacity, fleetwide Shield Generator Relay stratagems, and +20%
Liberation Rate for the initial 24 hours.

OPERATION VALID PRETEXT: PHASE II

The Cyborgs have re-emerged, claiming to be masterminds of the Automatons, and responsibility for their atrocities. We now know the true architects of the theft of the Star of Peace blueprints. This development does not alter the objective of Operation VALID PRETEXT. It only makes more pressing its imperative, and more valid its pretext.

Operation VALID PRETEXT now moves to Phase II: Landfall.

The objective of this phase is to establish a Drophead on the surface of Cyberstan. This lodgement is essential to allow the deployment of SEAF forces for a full-scale ground invasion.

Cyberstan's orbit is heavily fortified with anti-orbital artillery. The fleet will execute a synchronized blitz assault. All Super Destroyers are ordered to conduct the jump to Cyberstan immediately upon receipt of this message, thereby overwhelming Automaton defenses. Casualties are expected, and pre-approved.

Due to the liberation of Lesath, Chort Bay and Merak, Phase II will commence with +1 Stim Capacity, fleetwide Shield Generator Relay stratagems, and +20% Liberation Rate for the initial 24 hours.

Establish the Drophead. Dismantle Tyranny. Deliver Freedom.

Phase III begins: SEAF advances across Cyberstan while Helldivers strike Megafactories to destroy Transcendence—fierce resistance expected, but Tyranny ends here. Super Earth High Command has allocated 80 Medals for each surviving Helldiver who participates in these campaigns.

OPERATION VALID PRETEXT: PHASE III

Operation VALID PRETEXT now enters Phase III: Ground Invasion. The Helldivers will deploy directly to enemy Megafactories and repel the enemy, in order to effect their total destruction.

Operation VALID PRETEXT now enters Phase III: Ground Invasion.

The Cyborg capital Megafactory is known as Transcendence. Destroying Transcendence will effect Cyberstan's liberation.

The objective of Phase III is to reach Transcendence. This phase consists of the movement of SEAF forces by ground across the surface of Cyberstan. Meanwhile, the Helldivers will deploy directly to enemy Megafactories and repel the enemy, in order to effect their total destruction.

Resistance will be fierce and dynamic. Strategic choice of Megafactory deployments will be required. Significant casualties are anticipated on both sides.

Do not relent. The Cyborgs would use Cyberstan to forge a mechano-socialist galactic order. They must be stopped.

It is your duty to continue to fight for Super Earth, Liberty, and Managed Democracy!
